Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare a 9X13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Slice dinner buns in half while keeping all of the buns attached to one another. Remove the top buns and place the bottom half of buns in the baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine Dijon and mayonnaise then season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread mixture on the inside of the top half of dinner rolls; set aside.
Top bottom half of buns in your baking dish with cranberry sauce, turkey, cheese and top of dinner rolls.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, parsley and brush the mixture over the top of the buns.
Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes. Then slice into individual sliders and serve immediately.
