Eggnog Espresso Martini Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 oz espresso
  • 4 oz eggnog
  • ½ oz Kahlúa
  • 1 ½ oz spiced rum
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • pinch salt
  • pinch ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Fill shaker with ice — Add a generous amount of ice to the cocktail shaker.
  • Add ingredients — Add the espresso, eggnog, Kahlúa, spiced rum, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Shake — Shake vigorously for about 25 seconds, until the shaker feels icy cold and frothy.
  • Pour and garnish — Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a couple of coffee beans, if desired.
