Where It All Started
Many of you may remember me from my time on Big Brother Canada – you know, that wild rollercoaster ride that left us all questioning our life choices. Now, let’s talk about a little something that made me stand out like a sore thumb: my culinary skills, or lack thereof. I believe the houseguests called me the “Persian Princess”. It was like I was participating in a cooking competition, except my signature dish was microwaved leftovers.
Fast forward to today, and I am really proud that the kitchen is no longer a danger zone when I’m around. I’ve graduated from the school of burnt toast and microwave mishaps to the Kitchen truly being my happiest place.
“I was 32 when I started cooking; up until then, I just ate.”

All this to say… If I can cook, you can cook! I truly believe that together we can cook delicious and easy meals for every occasion.

I’m just a food-lovin’ Canadian Girl
Over the last few years, I have put countless hours in the kitchen. I’ve tested and re-tested recipes more times than I can count. Suffered a few burnt fingers. Chopped enough vegetables to feed an army. I’ve had late nights dedicated to writing blog posts and sharing knowledge I wish I had as a resource when learning how to cook – BUT it is all worth it today! Now, let’s get Cooking!
