Eggnog Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Eggnog
  • 2 ounces RumChata liqueur
  • 2 ounces Spiced Rum
  • Ice (for the cocktail shaker)
  • Sugar (for the rim)

Topping

  • Cinnamon
  • Cinnamon Stick
  • Whipped cream optional

Instructions

  • Pour sugar into a small, flat plate.
  • With a little bit of eggnog on your finger (or water), rub the rim of the glass then immediately dip the rim into plate of sugar, swirling it around to coat evenly.
  • Place ice cubes into a cocktail shaker, then pour in egg nog, spiced rum, and RumChata liqueur. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds to create a frothy texture and break up the ice.
  • Pour into sugar rimmed glasses, filling them to the brim. Add a dash of cinnamon and a cinnamon stick as garnish, then serve immediately.
