Turkey Cranberry Sliders Recipe

These turkey cranberry sliders turn your holiday leftovers into a flavor-packed slider. For turkey-haters, this recipe will change their minds forever.

Ingredients

  • 1 package dinner rolls 12 rolls
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • pinch salt + pepper
  • butter to lightly butter bottom rolls
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce or enough to cover all sliders
  • 2 cups stuffing or enough to cover all the sliders
  • 3 cups leftover turkey or thick cut turkey deli meat
  • 6-8 large slices Gouda or use shredded mozzarella, sharp white cheddar, smoked gouda, or 6-8 large slices of Havarti, Swiss, or provolone. Pick your favorite to cover.
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Slice the dinner rolls in half, keeping them all attached. Remove the top half and place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix together Dijon mustard and mayonnaise, then season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread this mixture on the inside of the top half of the rolls and set aside.
  • Lightly butter the bottom half of the buns in your baking dish, then layer evenly with cranberry sauce, stuffing, turkey, and cheese. Place the top half of the rolls on top to finish.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter and parsley, then brush the mixture over the tops of the buns.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
  • Take the dish out of the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then, slice into individual sliders and serve right away.
