2teaspoonall ground spice
2teaspoonground cinnamon
2teaspoonground ginger
1teaspoonground clove
1teaspoonground nutmeg

caramel sauce
brown sugar
For the Cocktail Shaker
4ouncesespresso
4ouncesBaileys
2ouncesvodka
4teaspoonsgingerbread spice

Instructions
In a bowl mix together all gingerbread spice ingredients. Set aside.
Prepare your glasses. To rim the cocktail glass, begin by rolling the rim in a shallow dish of caramel sauce.
Then roll the glass in a dish of brown sugar, coating it lightly all the way around.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add cold espresso, Baileys Irish Cream, Vodka and gingerbread spice.
Shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
Pour into martini glasses, top with whip cream, a sprinkle of gingerbread spice and a few espresso beans, serve and enjoy!
