Gingerbread Espresso Martini Recipe

The perfect holiday entertaining drink! This gingerbread espresso martini is a fun spin on the classic cocktail and the perfect festive cocktail recipe for the holidays!

Ingredients

For the Gingerbread Spice

  • 2 teaspoon all ground spice
  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground clove
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • pinch black pepper

For the Rim

  • caramel sauce
  • brown sugar

For the Cocktail Shaker

  • 4 ounces espresso
  • 4 ounces Baileys
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 4 teaspoons gingerbread spice
  • ice

Top It Off

  • whipped cream and espresso beans
  • a sprinkle of the gingerbread spice

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix together all gingerbread spice ingredients. Set aside.
  • Prepare your glasses. To rim the cocktail glass, begin by rolling the rim in a shallow dish of caramel sauce.
  • Then roll the glass in a dish of brown sugar, coating it lightly all the way around.
  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add cold espresso, Baileys Irish Cream, Vodka and gingerbread spice.
  • Shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
  • Pour into martini glasses, top with whip cream, a sprinkle of gingerbread spice and a few espresso beans, serve and enjoy!
