Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Cut cauliflower into florets, all roughly the same size. You can slice the large florets in half, if needed.
Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl. Then stir in garlic.
In another bowl, place breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
Dip each cauliflower floret first into the bowl with butter, then into the bowl with breadcrumbs.
Place each breaded piece on a prepared baking sheet. Repeat until you use up all the cauliflower.
Roast cauliflower for 30-35 minutes, or until the breading is golden brown.
