1poundlean ground turkey
1 1/4cupfresh spinachfinely chopped
3/4cupfeta cheesecrumbled
1large sweet oniongrated
1eggwhisked
3garlic clovesminced
1teaspoonbasil
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonpepper
TZATZIKI
1 1/2cupscucumbergrated & peeled (from about 1 medium cucumber)
2cupsthick whole milk Greek yogurt
2tablespoonslemon juicefreshly squeezed
1tablespoonextra-virgin olive oil
5garlic clovesminced
1/2teaspoonsea salt
3tablespoonsfresh dillchopped finely

How To Make Spinach Feta Turkey Burgers
In a small bowl crack egg and whisk egg until smooth.
In a large bowl combine all of the Turkey Spinach Feta burger ingredients plus the whisked egg and mix well.
Shape the mixture into 4 patties. Press your thumb gently into the center of each patty to create a small indentation; this will help them keep their shape as they cook.
Grill for 10 minutes on one side, flip and grill for another 6-8 min or until cooked through (160ºF internal temp).
How To Make Tzatziki
Start by grating the cucumber. Using your cheese grater!
Next, squeeze the water out of the grated cucumber. This step is essential for making a creamy tzatziki – if you skip it, the water from the cucumber will cause your sauce to separate. Place the cucumber on a towel (or paper towel) and gently squeeze out the excess water directly over the sink.
In a medium bowl, mix the squeezed cucumber with the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and dill. Refrigerate until you're ready to use.
